It is not until we process our trauma that we can begin to heal.  I utilize an evidenced based modality, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help individuals work through traumatic events.  While it can feel overwhelming and scary to discuss horrible events that have happened, it is a key component to setting yourself free from negative feelings from the past. I will work at your pace and provide you with coping skills along the way.  I’m here to support you during this important and necessary chapter in your life.
