Individual Therapy
“What we think, we become.” – Budda
I strongly believe that many of our childhood experiences shape our thoughts about ourselves, others, and how we perceive the world. While we cannot always change the situations and events in our lives, we can change the way we think about them. By utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, I can help you identify negative thought patterns that lead to difficult emotions and poor decisions. Many patterns have been passed down from generation to generation, but the cycle can end with you.
I will collaboratively work with you in creating a treatment plan that best suits you and your needs. Some of my areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, self-harming, self-esteem, anger management, relationship issues, ADHD, divorce, and trauma.
