About Natasha
Hello and welcome!
I am SO happy for you that you’ve decided to start the journey toward self-discovery (or are seeking it out for a loved one.) I commend your bravery. Asking for help is not easy but having support is so necessary in this unpredictable journey we call life.
My clients have told me I am down to earth, friendly, and approachable. The last thing I want to do is make you feel uncomfortable or judged. It’s hard enough seeking help from a stranger, so I take it very seriously to make my clients feel accepted and welcome.
What is my style and approach? I understand that therapy is a huge investment of your precious time, finances, and emotions. Therefore, I generally focus on a practical, time limited, and action-oriented approach. I am passionate about helping clients find inner peace, positivity, solutions, and their true potential!
Let’s work together to find solutions instead of dwelling on problems. I would feel truly honored to be a change agent in your life. Whether it is me or someone else, I hope you find someone you connect with.
I graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Child Psychology from the University of Kansas.
